Amedisys Emergency Information

We have created this Amedisys Emergency Web Site to provide updates and resources for staying in touch with us and for keeping up with the latest developments related to Hurricane Ike. 
 

If your agency is affected by the storm, please click the “contact us in case of an emergency” link on this page. You should then fill out the Amedisys Emergency Contact Form so that we are able to locate you and address your needs. It is important to revisit the site and update your emergency information/needs if any of it is to change during the evacuation.

 

The Amedisys emergency toll free number is 1.888.CARE.012, or 1.888.227.3012. It should ONLY be used: 1. If the local office cannot be reached during an emergency. 2. For patients and employees to notify us if they are relocating during an emergency.
